All items are shipped through the US Postal Service. Expected delivery is 3-7 business days from shipping notification. You may select First Class (Parcel Post) or Priority Mail. We are not responsible for delays incurred by the US Postal Service, stolen, or lost items. Should this happen, please file a claim with the USPS.
International Orders: We ship all around the world using the US Postal Service International. USPS shipping via Airmail Parcel is the standard overseas method (4-10 days). Tariffs and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once an order has been finalized we are not able to make changes or additions.
Although we try to keep the price of shipping as low as possible, note that most items are packaged in glass containers which are beneficial for both the product longevity and the environment. This will be reflected in the shipping price.
It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept refunds or exchanges on unused and unopened product within 3 days of your receipt.
In the unfortunate event of a return, Buyer pays shipping on returns/exchanges unless defective.
Please follow these guidelines for successful return or exchange:
Email us at email@example.com no later than 3 days after you have taken delivery of the item (delivery dates are tracked for convenience).
The item MUST be returned in its NEW original condition - any discrepancies will immediately void the return or exchange (discrepancies include but are not limited to: cigarette smoke; perfume; or other smells, deodorant residue, or stains).
Simply rewrap the item in its original packaging and request via email a return authorization.

For returns please mail your product with a copy of the emailed return authorization to: 3212 W. 85th St. INGLEWOOD California US 90303 in damage proof packaging. Broken bottles/packages will void your return. Once received, we will notify you via email and either issue a refund or ship your exchanged products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
