I AM So Fine Face Toner decongests stressed skin and reduces oiliness through a simple blend of hydrating botanicals.  We use the "mother of herbs" Holy Basil to aid in acne relief, and promote healing and scar reduction from razor bumps and ingrown hairs.  Holy Basil and Aloe Vera both promote cellular turnover resulting in newer, clearer and smoother skin within days. I AM So Fine Face Toner is naturally astringent meaning it reduces oiliness while both tightening and toning the skin - giving you a more youthful appearance.
